Have you noticed? Apples are starting to make their way into grocery stores in mass quantities. That’s right, besides bringing falling leaves and pumpkins, fall also marks the beginning of apple season! And despite the fact that apple season doesn’t officially start for a week or two, there are certainly a lot of apples in my grocery store. So many that we found a way to craft with them last week during our playdate with friends by making a Pumpkin Apple Stamp Craft. The kids actually had so much fun with that apple craft that they asked to do more, which sent me searching the internet for all sorts of apple crafts for kids and adults.
Unlike our apple stamp project, most of these crafts don’t actually use apples as a part of their supply list, but instead recreate the apple in fun ways. That’s okay though because apples don’t normally last long enough in my house to craft with them. My little apple fans are bound to enjoy anything apple related and I like that many of these ideas would also make great do it yourself back to school gifts or teacher appreciation gifts.
Enjoy apple season and these fun apple crafts for kids and adults!
