As excited as I am about Halloween, I haven’t exactly purchased Everett’s Halloween costume yet. The girls requested their costumes early – and naturally picked the hardest costumes to find in Disney’s Descendant’s Mal & Evie – but when it comes to my 2 year old, I’m the one making the decision. Which means I need to find the time to sit down and make the decision…with a month full of activities and a busy few weeks at work it’s harder than you’d think.
So today, I decided to sit down and look at all the cute toddler costume options to figure out what he might be. It wasn’t long before I found this adorable Toddler Puppy Costume (Price: $25.21). With puppies being his absolute favorite thing (remember, we just had a puppy birthday party!) this one is a definite front runner. Check out those shoe covers! How cute are those?! It also comes in the brown pattern seen in the picture above, so there are options with this costume. But I won’t lie, I think I like the Toddler Duck Costume (Price $27.14) a little better than the puppy because you can use a short or long sleeve shirt under the costume. That really comes in handy when it’s 70 degrees on Halloween here in South Florida.
I can totally see Everett waddling around in this adorable Toddler Penguin Costume (Price $23.21) and trick or treating! I think the wings really make this one.
If Everett could make the decision himself, I think he might pick this Train Engineer Toddler Costume (Price: $18.99) since he’s absolutely fascinated with the train set at school. The hat would likely be his favorite part.
Okay, so then I got a little distracted and found this Pink Poodle Toddler Costume (Price $23.79). This was one I pondered for Greenleigh and Hazeline a few years back but ended up deciding against. I’m pretty sure if we had another girl, I would have picked this costume…
But since I was shopping for Everett, I found this Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Toddler Costume instead. And it’s ridiculously affordable at just $11.67!This Toddler Pumpkin Costume is a bit more expensive at $35.99, but clearly it’s a costume that you can’t go wrong with. It can be used for a girl or a boy which is nice.
And although this colorful Toddler Peacock Costume (Price: $19.99) is shown on an older infant, it comes in toddler sizes.
The Toddler Sock Monkey Costume is an absolute steal at $12.60 and we often call Everett our little monkey due to his new found love of climbing. This costume would be very fitting!
Then, finally, a classic! I like this Toddler Skeleton Halloween Costume (Price $16.45) because I think it would be the easiest to get him to wear for long periods of time. And it being all one piece is a definite bonus.
In the end I wasn’t able to make a final choice…at least not today. I only have a few more days to order. Any suggestions? What’s the best Halloween costume for a toddler?
