About a month ago, I revealed my nomination for the Huggies UltraHug contest, which will give ten (10!) deserving community projects or organizations $2,000 grant. The great thing about this contest is that you can nominate any local initiative to receive this prize, it could be a park, a local recreation center, or a school. Any deserving local initiative is fair game. And, of course, the best part is that all of the money stays in your community to beautify and improve what’s around you. You and your entire community get to enjoy the prize in the Huggies UltraHug contest!
Which leads to my question – Have you snapped your selfie yet? No? Why not? It’s so easy! To enter simply snap a selfie with your baby, upload the picture to Twitter or Instagram, and be sure to include the hastag #UltraHug along with who you are nominating for the $2,000 grant. That’s it! You’re entered! Your selfie can be fun or serious or silly or anything in between. Naturally, my kids picked silly. Here is our latest entry:

Huggies will be displaying the entries in a collage on the UltraHug contest page until the contest is closed. The entries will then be narrowed down to twenty, and ten will win a $2,000 grant.
Just think, what could your community do with $2,000? Probably a whole lot. Every bit helps!
The only problem is you’re running out of time to enter…the last day to enter the Huggies UltraHug contest is June 25! That’s right, you only have 23 more days to do some good for your community. So find a deserving community initiative (park, school, anything!) and get snappin’! Just don’t forget to flex that #UltraHug hastag when you post because you can’t win without it!
